Good, but could be better

This app works reasonably well with the Dragon Dictation programs. On the other hand, as has been reported in other reviews, it has not been updated since 2012, and it does NOT offer the option to stay on if the phone goes to sleep. If the app had been updated, that feature presumably would have been added since other apps now include it, e.g. Google maps.

Unfortunately, its another example of Nuance not really caring about the quality of its programs.
